The principals of Prosperity America have more than eighty years of combined experience in the Business Process Outsourcing and services industry.

They are - Fred Landrum, Mark Fischman and Catherine Mobilian.

Fred L. Landrum, Prosperity America’s Chief Executive Officer has over 31 years of teleservices industry experience. He has held senior positions since 1983 for companies, large and small all of which were engaged in customer service, first party and third party collections, market research and customer satisfaction. In addition to the consumer market, he has also been involved in healthcare financial services and was a recipient of the 2008 Helen Yerger award for committee work in education for the healthcare community. Fred managed numerous projects for healthcare notables such as HCA, Saint Barnabas Healthcare System, Solaris Health System, New York Presbyterian and Cedars Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Center. Engagements included all facets of healthcare receivables; from “day one” self pay accounts to insurance expediting and financial aid qualification (Medicaid, Charity Care). During his career, he has also managed relationships with major financial services clients such as Citicorp, Chase, GE Capital (now GE Money), Providian Bank, Sears, JC Penney and American Express. Fred served with the United States Air Force from 1970-1976.

Mark Fischman - Chief Operating Officer & EVP  Has thirty six years of business experience in the teleservices, client care, credit and collections industries. He has held senior positions with several major public and private sector businesses including VP Sales with iQor, Inc., an international receivables management company with revenues exceeding $450MM. Previously Mark was VP of Marketing and Director of Corporate Communications with AllianceOne, Inc., joining the company at its inception with $35MM in revenues. During his tenure the company grew to over $125MM in revenues and conducted nine corporate acquisitions, before it was acquired by Teleperformance Inc. AllianceOne has a substantial presence in the Healthcare market consisting of multiple facilities and managing in excess of $5 billion in healthcare receivables. Prior to the AllianceOne, Mark served as VP of Marketing with NCO Financial Systems, the world's largest Receivables Management Company. Mr. Fischman joined NCO through its acquisition of CRW Financial Inc., where he held the position of Vice President of Government Sales. Earlier positions include Director of Marketing with FCA International Ltd., and Director of Business Development with Capital Credit Corporation, a division of the Union Corporation (NYSE). Mark has a son who is currently a pilot on active duty with the United States Air Force.  

Catherine Mobilian, is Prosperity America's Executive Vice President of Human Capital. Catherine has 17 years of human resources generalist experience covering several service industries including health care, finance, and education. She has experience in start-up environments as well as with large organizations in the receivables management and healthcare sectors including direct responsibility for multi-site hospital systems and a regional school district.  Catherine started her career in Recruitment at JFK Medical Center in New Jersey and eventually became responsible for three long term care facilities, an adult daycare and a child daycare. Catherine also held the position of Director of HR at a 1,500 employee community hospital. She served in a dual role as HR generalist and manager of operational training for call center employees at a large revenue cycle outsourcer that delivered first and third-party services to large healthcare providers. Since 2007 Catherine has been a consultant with HR Consulting Group. She is married to a veteran of the United States Navy.

ADVISORY BOARD

In addition to the three principals, the company has an Advisory Board that assists us in growing the company and fulfilling our mission. They are

Byron Hogue joined Federal Express in 1973 as one of the first employees of the company and quickly ascended to senior officer status, with full responsibility for all worldwide air operations. When he retired in 1993, the company had grown to over $14 billion in revenue and become the recognized leader in overnight delivery around the world. With over 650 airplanes and a $1.8 billion budget, Byron directed the largest airline fleet in existence at the time. Upon retiring from Fed Ex, he joined Sam Walton of Wal-Mart prominence and spent four years managing a variety of financial matters for the Walton family. Byron is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a degree in business. Mr. Hogue achieved the rank of Major in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving twelve years as a pilot including combat missions in Vietnam.

Robert S. Poydasheff (United States Army - Retired) is the former Mayor of Columbus, Georgia. Prior to becoming Mayor he was a City Councilor from 1994 to 2002. He retired from the United States Army as a Colonel. His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit with two Oak Leaf Clusters; Bronze Star Medal; Commendation Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster; Badge of Army Secretariat; Parachutist Badge; and the Vietnam Ribbon with four Battle Stars. His military career highlights include: Legislative Counsel to the Secretary of Army; Legal Counsel to the Secretary of Defense on Labor Relations; Staff Judge Advocate (Senior Counsel); Chief Counsel for senior, high ranking officers involved in the My Lai incident and Post Exchange scandals. Mayor Poydasheff was also Senior Vice President, Trust Company Bank of Columbus, Georgia. He holds a BA in Political Science from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina; a Juris Doctor from Tulane University College of Law; an M.A in International Relations from Boston University (Graduate Program, Berlin, Germany). He also attended The Hague Academy of International Law (Attaindre, Summer 1966).   He is a former Chairman of the Civilian-Military Council; Past President of the Chattahoochee Valley Association of the United States Army; Past President of the Columbus Symphony; Founding Member of the Columbus Young Lawyers Club; 32nd Degree Mason and Shriners; Kiwanis Club member; a member of the Chamber of Commerce as well as many others. He also received the Infantry Order of St. Maurice in 1999.

Warren Steele, a retired senior vice president of U.S. marketing for AFLAC Corporation.   Warren has served on several local charitable boards and still serves on the Harvard Schools and Scholarships committee, the Columbus Regional Hospital Foundation, the local American Red Cross board of directors, and as development director for the board of Voices for Georgia's Children.  He completed high school in Summerville, South Carolina and graduated from Harvard University with a BA in psychology and social relations in January, 1984. After graduation, he joined AFLAC in March 1984 as a management trainee and served in various positions with AFLAC until his retirement in October, 2004.
